KMART Fined for Hazardous UPS Shipments

In November 2010, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) announced that it intended to fine KMART for shipping nail polish and aerosol sunblock via UPS without using proper DOT HazMat shipping protocols.

If the big boys can get fined, so can you. Shipping HazMat is serious business. Check your training records to see if you’re up to day today! Remember the requirement is every 3 years! Three years can fly!
